Hergeth/Ramisch/Edelmann - thermobond line
SKU 692-0020 Width 3500 mm YOC 1987-1994 Electricity 380/3/50 Complete installation for production of carded thermobonded nonwovens, with high CD stretch.
The main applications for these product lines were elastic back ears/side panels used in the production of baby-diapers and adult-inco products.
Other products such as specialty top-sheet material (fem-hy products) and other hygiene related applications (medical wipes, head covers) could also be produced.

SKU 692-0029 Width 3000 mm YOC 1985 - 2018 Electricity 480/3/60 Air-through bonding process involves forming a web of fibers and passing it through a stream of high-velocity air, which entangles and bonds the fibers together. The benefits of air-through bonded nonwovens are Strength and Durability, Improved Breathability and Softness. These characteristics suit especially for Hygiene Products, Medical Textiles, Filtration Media and Wipes and Towels.
Overall, the air-through bonded process provides manufacturers with a versatile method to create nonwoven materials with specific characteristics tailored to different applications.

SKU 692-0031 Width 2400 mm YOC 2018-2022 Electricity 380/3/50 Struto is classed as a thermally bonded vertically lapped Nonwoven whereby the basic carded web is orientated in the vertical and not the normal crosslaid horizontal plane. This gives many advantages in fields of use - for example - increased resilience to initial compression, increased recovery properties after repeated compression. There are many advantages of Struto compared to traditional technologies, among them: Better functional properties (bulkiness, compressional resistance, and resilience to loading), Lower raw material consumption for the same performance (up to 20% material savings over conventional highloft), Struto is also easily recycled.

Bonino/Sicam/Technoplants - thermobond line
SKU 692-0035 Width 2500 mm YOC 2008 Electricity 380/3/50 The Turbo Card is an advanced and highly versatile aerodynamic web former (airlay system) designed for processing natural fibers as well as blends of natural fibers with PP and PES. It is also widely used for processing synthetic and man-made fibers, cotton and bleached cotton, specialty fibers, and glass fibers, enabling the production of nonwoven fabrics with high-loft, lightweight, and three-dimensional randomized fiber structures.
Fields of application: Automotive; thermal and acoustic insulation; furniture; medical applications; and blanket production.
