Extremely versatile line that can run polyester, hemp, sheep wool, shoddy, PP and mixes. Prepared for 3-20 dtex fibers.
Thermobonded line with Struto technology for manufacturing of: furniture, bedding, automotive, acoustic and filtration materials. Final material weight 40-1200 gsm. The entire system has been mechanically refurbished and a completely new control system.

ww: 2500 mm, with Hollingsworth chute-feed, completely rebuilt and modernized in 2022/23, double doffer and condensing roller, Mulde infeed system with possibility to work with long fibers, Bandwage weighing system with 4 tensiometers, main cylinder - 1500 mm dia, 7 workers/strippers, new wires installed in 2023, new control system with Lenze + Siemens PLC and HMI and new drive system.
