Nordson/A. Celli hotmelt lamination line lamination line

To produce a breathable textile backsheet which is done by laminating a breathable PE film to a spunbond nonwoven using hotmelt adhesive. Complete line consisting of:
01*A. Celli unwind stand with reel loading system - 3" & 6" core for nonwoven, PP spunbond, 8-80 gsm, web tension: 20-200 N/m, crosscut system with tooth blade.
01*A. Celli unwind stand with reel loading system - 3" & 6" core for PE film
01*Nordson Porous Coat Hot Melt with material Coating Stand SB1280-400, Versablue adhesive melter VBC50H, Versadrum bulk melter VD200 and BC62-10/100-2520 coating head.
01* A. Celli "Windycustom" automatic inline slitter & winder - 3" & 6" core - Max reel dia to be wound: 1270mm, 12 knives for longitudinal slitting, trim suction system.
Web width: 1200 mm up to 2520 mm, in increments of 25 mm.
Production speed 400 m/min.
