For production of PP spunbond ranging from 15 gsm to 150 gsm for mattress, upholstery, roofing, automotive, shoes, wipes, bedding, packaging, bags, agro. Net width (trimmed) maximum 2400mm. Possibility to reduce width to 2000 mm and 1650mm (reducing scrap for shorter widths).
Maximum production capacity: 585 Kg/hour, average running is gross 220-300 tons/month depending on GSM mix production and width selected.
Filament denier:2.0 2.5. Max process speed: 200 m/min. Raw material: polypropylene 25-35 MFI
