consisting of:
Bonino volumetric feeder with condenser, horizontal belt suitable for receiving fiber offloaded by the silo, inclined spiked belt carrying the fiber to the volumetric section of the hopper, equalising spiked belt, discharge belt, volumetric compacting unit equipped with vibrating section. 2*feed rollers.
Bonino Turbo card, high speed turbo carding cylinder fed by a solid underneath dish feed, turbo cylinder with wire equipped with 3 groups of workers/strippers, machine configuration adjustable depending on the fiber to be processed, special airflow system condensing the fibers from the turbo cylinder on the sieve belt, complete with motors and fans.
Bombi TPFN/2N/3.3 thermobonding flat double belt oven, single pass, with 2 heating sections (3300 mm) + cooling fans, through-air technology with airflow from the top. Steel belts with fine mesh - ww: 1700 mm, belts can be controlled from the panel to have a distance from 10 - 200 mm. The upper belt is supported by magnets. Max mat-thickness at inlet is 350 mm. Max mechanical speed 10 m/min.
