2-cylinder smoothing calender, gap adjustment 0,3-10 mm, pressure 4 tons on full width, max bend 0,2 mm on full width, thermo-oil heated including Aura boiler, cylinder dia 350 mm - stainless steel cylinders covered with Teflon, fabric guiding with two guide rollers for S-guiding as well as feed table for tensionless infeed. Chain drive - one motor for both cylinders. Speed 1-30 m/min, max temp 230 deg. C.
