TopCon LP airthrough oven, modular design for nonwoven bonding, the TopCon LP (low pressure) is a double belt oven in a modular design for nonwoven bonding with heated air by means of the convection-air-through principle with an option to change the direction of flow meter by meter. The fabric web is then cooled or bonded in a cooling zone, also by means of the convection-air-through principle. Fibers PES, PP, PA, BiCo, cotton, hemp, kenaf, etc, weight range 20 - 10,000 gsm, max 250 kg/m3 (in conjunction with calibrating rollers), product speed 15 m/min. Suitable for upholstery for furniture industry, fiberfills and interlinings for garment among many other things.
