Open adult diapers production line (all-in-one-belt product) in perfect working condition.
Continuously upgraded with some new Nordson glue equipment, K-Tron SAP dosing unit, inspection system, and decrease of electrical consumption.
Fully automatic line including: Optima LS4F stacker and Optima OS-5 bagger installed in 2002.
Production speed of 250 ppm, producing a high-quality adult diaper in two sizes (Medium and Large) with the following structure:
- fluff core super compressed with SAP
- central topsheet and large leg cuffs welded by CERA ultrasonic equipment
- embossing unit on topsheet with permanent pattern made by ultrasonic equipment
- acquisition layer phased
- elastic waist unwinder and applicator
- poly or breathable backsheet
- wetness indicator
- frontal tape online glued
- curved elastic legs and elastic leg cuffs unwinders and applicators
- complete belts forming module positioned on the second floor
- belts cut & place applicator on the backsheet
- Nordson hotmelt system (MX and Versablue tanks) complete with pipes and guns
- quality control by Vision System
- the electrical system will be supplied complete with main panel, motors, fans, control boxes and drive panel for the operator.
