Left to right hand operation.
Capacity: 170 m/min or 150-160 ppm - depending on product
Double forming section with super compression technology.
First core: discrete core with SAP, second core: discrete core with SAP, central top-sheet, large leg cuffs, acquisition layer, back-sheet (poly or textile), 2 x mechanical tapes for each side, leg elastics (4+4), SLG elastics (2+2).
3 sizes of adult-diapers: M, L and XL and 2 sizes of underpad products, 60x60 and 60x90
Horizontal stacker made by SSP and automatic packaging machine with double exit: 15 cycles/min for each exit.
Siemens S7 PLC
Nordson Versablue hotmelt system, Aichele cutting units, FIFE guides.
Primary transmission made by a three-phase, asynchronous motor controlled by an inverter. The production line is half servo.
