Speed 400 ppm, efficiency >85% - waste <3%. Product composition as follows: central nonwoven topsheet, side topsheet with legcuffs with two (2) elastics per side, upper tissue, lower tissue, 3-dimensional fluff core, SAP, phased acquisition layer, poly- or breathable backsheet, central silicon paper and poly for single wrap. Line consisting of: - cellulose reel stands for 4 reels - max width 20 inch and max dia 1600 mm, core size 3 inch. - hammermill with fixed discs for both treated and untreated cellulose - max infeed 20 inch - continuous drumforming system with moulds and brush for levelling of fluff pad - Accrison SAP application system - 2 unwinders for tissue (lower and upper) with zero-splice system, max dia - 1200 mm, core size 76 mm (3 inch) - backsheet unwinder (either PE or textile-like), max dia - 1200 mm, max width 400 mm, core size 76 mm (3 inch) - Lycra leg elastic application unit with one unwinder. 4 spindles (2 running and 2 resting). - central topsheet unwinder, max dia 1200 mm, max width 400 mm, core size 76 mm (3 inch), incl automatic guide system - acquisition layer unwinder with cut and place function, max dia - 1200 mm - standing leg applicator unwind for two elasticized leg cuffs, incl automatic guide system and automatic splice "zero-speed" type - BRAND NEW sealing unit for sealing of top-sheet and back-sheet by contoured pattern. In total - 4 ITW Dynatec units. - Optima OS4 LS4 stacker and bagger, max 55 packages/min (single row) or max 22 packages/min (double row). There is a primary and secondary transmission by synchronous (brushless) motors, allowing easy change of size and adjustments to the production line. The complete line is full servo and with Allen-Bradley Rockwell PLC and HMI. Complete also with rotary filter with relevant fans and all pipings.
