- exit with 220 mm stroke, counts 10-12-15 pcs, max expulsion front 500 mm, with chain-ejector synchro-system
- pre-compression unit: max entry width 600 mm, minimum exit width 140 mm, stroke max 180 mm x 2 (total 360 mm), pack movement with single-bar feeder
- super-compression unit: max entry width 500 mm, minimum exit width 100 mm, stroke max 200 mm x 2 (total 400 mm)
- servo-controlled package transport with two pushers controlled in phase
- bag-opening station: servocontrolled, lifting with rotating pneumatic cylinder, max pack height 30 mm, suction system for lifting with 2 independent blowers and anti-jam bag system with electric detection
- bag-feeding: max width of bag 500 mm, max length of bag 600 mm, 4 stations (1 in work, 1 in transit and 2 in loading), feed command with AC motor and inverter
- bag-sealing: continuous heating system with thermoregulators, sealing width 400 mm, hot cut with pneumatic release bar, with trim suction hopper and fan and anti-jam sealing system with electrical detection
