Automatec Cylindrówka 38 Folding Machine

Wipe maker – machine to make separate wipes. Max width ingoing roll: 800mm, max diameter: 1000mm. Material is folded in 4, two sets of folding drums (38cm and 42cm), second dimension is determined by input material size, so anything in range 100-800mm. Current set up to make 1/4 crossfold, but it also can make non-interfold Z-fold. Production speed up to 100m/min, depending on material. Machine mainly run Spunlace 50-60gsm and Sontara 60-68gsm.
