Autefa Uni-Box Baling line

Fully automated baling unit including 5 pre-baling stations and 1 main baling station. Max capacity 70 tons per day, with an average weight of the bales at 240 kg. Has produced around 290 bales/day, but can go a little higher as well.
Between pre- and main baling station there is an automatic conveyor system that moves pre-baled bales to the main unit.
In the main baling unit there is also a fully automatic packaging system. After packaging, fully automatic conveyor system with labelling.
Pressing force of the pre-balers, max 25 tons.
Pressing force of the main baler, max 75 tons.
